FAQ: I'm a HomeGauge 3.x user, do I get the update?

Answer: The upgrade is a major update which means we are moving from 3.3 to 4.0. All minor upgrades from 3.0 to 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 were free to everyone. However, there is a cost to upgrade to a major version.

If you are a Gold or Platinum Internet Tools user then the upgrade is included in your service. While logged into HomeGauge.com, click on the "My License and Services" link to see if you have a V4 license. Some restrictions apply to prevent people from paying one month of $30 and then canceling. See the bottom of this page for details. For all others there will be a $275 upgrade fee.
