Report Delivery Validation When you upload a report, a “Time Stamp” is created and posted on your behalf of when the report was uploaded. When you send the link to your customer and agent, you get a time stamp showing when the report delivery notification was sent. Integrated with American Home Warranty If you provide limited warranties with your inspections through American Home Warranty to help market your business, you can easily assign pre-purchased warranties after you upload your report with just a couple of clicks. Other inspectors that use AHW have to separately send the info to AHW through a fax or by signing in to the AHW website. With HomeGauge, the information from the report is sent to AHW and the warranty is automatically filled in from the report information.

Your own website You can create your website using: Option 1: Use the included Platinum Web Builder that allows you to use our pre-made professional web designs for home inspectors, with your content. (Some pre-made content is also available.) No HTML or web experience is needed. You can change the design or content at any time. Option 2: Advanced users can use a tool that you are familiar with, such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver and upload your website through FTP. Option 3: Let us design a complete custom site for you. The cost is a one time design fee starting at $1250 and you will be able to modify the content of pages such as your inspection prices at any time. Send us an email and we will be glad to forward you a list of custom sites that we have created.
Virus and Spam filtered email addresses Use a browser to read and set up different email addresses for your company. All email will pass through a virus and spam filter.
Statistics reported for all visitors to your website You can view how much traffic is coming to your website and which pages they are visiting. The web stats also let you know where they are coming from and is very helpful when paying for advertising at other sites or for watching search engine activity. The Stats page helps you budget your advertising dollars by knowing where you are pulling in the most hits.

To be eligible for HomeGauge major version upgrades upon its release (i.e. from 3.x to 4.x), you must be in one of the following categories.

Current full-year gold or platinum subscribers.
Current monthly gold or platinum subscribers in good standing on the newsletter upgrade announcement date.
Recent purchasers of the software who are in the 3-month trial period at the actual time of release.
Recent customers who subscribe to gold or platinum internet tools at the end of their trial period.
Current customers who are not in the categories above who subscribe for a full-year of our gold or platinum internet tools.

Recurring services set up after the announcement of a new version do not receive the upgrade unless they have been in the free trial period previous to their signup or purchase a full year of service.

**Note: If you upload your report using the PDF format, only the PDF file will be uploaded. This means that you will not be able to download that report in the future in a form that can be opened and edited directly in HomeGauge Software (uploading in the standard html format is required for that purpose). However, your PDF report will be backed up for 5 years and will be easily accessible at any time. Only the html format documents that include the main report will be downloadable to be opened and edited in the HomeGauge Software.
