Les was great. To begin with Les recommended that I be there for the inspection. Then before he started his inspection he told me where he would be starting and exactly what he would be doing. Anything he thought was important enough for him to include in his report, he would then ask me if I wanted to see it. He even offered me a pair of disposable coveralls to crawl around underneath the house to see exactly how he performed his inspection and what he was looking for and what those signs were. His inspection took about 5 hrs. and he covered everything. I would recommend Les to anyone who asked me for "a good home inspector. He was very, very professional the very best.
