When we moved to town, we hired John Cooper to do our inspection at the recommendation of our realtor. Over the years, we referred him to others to assist with their home purchases because he did a great job.
When we bought our next home, the realtor we used for the subsequent transaction encouraged us to use a different inspector. While we are glad we bought the next house, our only regret with that purchase is that we did not use John Cooper for the inspection.
Not only does he do thorough work, during the inspection he provides a lot of great information and tips on home maintenance - the things every home owner should know.
