Ronnie seemed very thorough and took the time to explain to me some of his findings as he went along during the inspection. During his inspection he also communicated with the other specialized hired inspectors(roof, pool, termite) who were there to share some of his findings with them and to listen to what they found so that it might help all involved with the final assessment of the house. Also, his final report came out the same day as the inspection. Would definitely recommend him to others.
