HG Tip

Add a smartword for your reinspection "Pass and Fail" to have more canned comments on pass and fail items

  1. On the menu line in HG Software, go to "Template -> All Smart Text".
  2. Add a smart word called "Pass-comments". Enter in a few different comments.
  3. Open a blank report, and at any item, select the button to get to your reinspection pass/fail "Edit Completion Stamp" window. Select "Pass".
  4. Type in: Re-inspected *date* *Pass-comments*
  5. Save the Template changes and you are ready. Do the same for Fail-comments.
