He was exceptionally thorough. He was helpful and made excellent suggestions with how to correct any problems. His report was easily understood and provided documentation to support his conclusions. He was competent and friendly. He put us in his schedule quickly and gave us our completed written report within two to three days after he discussed everything with us during the inspection as well. All his information was extremely helpful and his inspection was worth every penny and more.

Jeff is certainly a perfectionist! Which is EXACTLY what you want when deciding to purchase a home. Every light bulb, towel rod, and outlet is checked and then some! You will know your house inside and out! I would never let any friends or family use any other inspector! We have used him twice so far and couldn't be more pleased!

Our real estate agent couldn't understand why I wouldn't use her inspector, who wasn't BBB accreditted and who got extremely defensive on the phone when I asked straight forward questions about his qualifications.
Her inspector was faster and cheaper, she claimed, but I wasn't convinced either of those things were good for me in the long run.
When she saw your inspection report she said it was the longest she'd ever seen. . .

After visiting his site and reading his sample reports I knew this was the inspector for me. I wanted a very thorough inspection by a licensed professional and that's exactly what I got. He was very patient with all of my questions and had no trouble rescheduling a return visit to complete the inspection which was needed due to my being misinformed of the house having electricity. I was at the location from the inspection's start to finish and have nothing, but good things to say about Jeff's thoroughness and accuracy. Digital photos were also included in the report on all noted issues which made the report much easier to understand.
