Anthony did a good job on my inspection. First off he was on time which goes a Long way with me.
He is thorough and Did Not mind me tagging with him throughout the inspection. Eventhough I was asking questions he was patient and answered all questions to where I understood them properly and gave me ideas.
Price was definitely what I was looking for Compared to others I called.
After completion he went through all the inspection again thoroughly with me.
When I received inspection via email it all made sense and I was able to submit report to my Agent which in turn submitted and Amendment on Sales price to Sellers Agent and I was able to save 5k.

Anthony was extremely quick to get to the inspection and incredibly thorough. He also inspects pools, HVAC, sprinkler systems and termites.
