BUYER’S INSPECTION

PRE-LISTING INSPECTION

RE-INSPECTIONS
A re-inspection of your prospective home may be necessary if the seller of the property has agreed to the repair requests. Once the seller has responded to the requests and confirmed that they’ve been carried out successfully, we’ll return to the property one final time before you close on the transaction. We’ll be carefully looking over the state of repairs to confirm that they were done as requested and to ensure that you don’t have to worry about poor-quality repairs resulting in future issues.
RADON TESTING

This inspection service is a thorough evaluation of a home’s construction that aims to diagnose areas of the home that are defective due to damage caused by termites. We’ll inspect the home from top to bottom to check for termite damage, looking for any evidence of active infestations along the way.
