I have been selling real estate in AZ since 1984. I have used Artie for years and have tried other inspectors when he is on vacation and their work does not even compare! For instance, Artie will test every single outlet in a home to verify it works, but the state only mandates they have to test 1 or 2 outlets. The state also says they don't have to pull furniture away if it's blocking an outlet. Therefore, most inspectors will not test more than 1 outlet. This cost me hundreds of dollars when over 8 outlets did not work in a home when I didn't even know they weren't tested. I will always wait for Artie to return before booking with another inspector.

I have been using Artie for a few years now and I can't convey enough how thorough he is. I love his reports due to how precise they are, how each section is laid out, and his comments as well. A seller is not responsible for fixing everything an inspector finds so it helps to add those notes so the buyer can refer back on how/what to do to fix those items. I've seen many other inspector reports but they don't come close to Artie's!

Artie has a number of qualities that I found superior to his competition. Neither my wife or I are Engineers, but he explained his findings in a way that was understandable to us, and free of jargon designed to intimidate rather than inform. His demeanor is very pleasant, and he made us feel very comfortable with him from our introduction. He welcomed questions, sometimes asked repeatedly to make sure that we understood what we were asking as well as to clarify his responses. His answers were direct, and often enhanced by opening things, or showing as photographs. He is a great subject matter expert, who knows the home inspection and maintenance business, and is willing to share his knowledge.
