It was super easy to schedule an appt. and I received a confirmation quickly which was important due to the short timeframe I was working with. (This will be a review placed on a few sites!) Troy was amazing. Due to our chaotic situation, we were in a bit of a time crunch. We had been renting and our lease was up in 2 weeks. We were dancing between a couple of properties and time was running out. We scheduled an inspection, cancelled it later that day, and then scheduled another the following morning for a totally different property. While this was very inconvenient to him, and affected his livelihood, Troy was understanding, and worked with us even on such short notice. We were under the impression that the home was vacant. Unfortunately, the sellers had their elderly grandmother staying there with her gun safe and pit bull to warn off intruders. Troy was chased by the pit bull, and thankfully was not hurt. After all of this, he notified me so that I could leave work, and meet him at the property. He was great! He was very friendly, obviously knew what he was talking about, and made sure that all of my million questions were answered. There were mold issues in the home, which he was able to identify and point out, the property was missing a cooling unit, and the recently replaced roof had a manufacturers defect which we needed the Seller to have replaced under warranty. All of this would have been missed on a simple walk through and we may have lost the loan due to mold! Along with this were many other minor issues, that he was able to patiently point out, explain, and even suggest a few things on. Due to the clock ticking down on us, time was of the essence. Troy had warned me that he was going out of town (incidentally enough I was as well.) and although I texted him at 10:30 pm that night, he was kind enough to not only reply but to then send me the information I had requested. He was absolutely communicative throughout the whole process and made me feel that he was there to help our family. Troy put my mind at ease, and gave me much needed information that could have turned buying our dream home into a nightmare had he not been there to point it out. His prices are very reasonable, he has years of experience, and he knows what he is talking about. His thoroughness, expertise, and kindness have made this process a million times easier than it could have been. Schedule something today!!!
