We have experienced numerous real estate inspections: Dave Bennett is by far the most thorough, conscientious, punctual, and communicative from the first time we contacted them to the end!
Dave arrived early, had his equipment ready for the inspection and looked at the property from rooftop to bottom and inspected items in-between (HVAC, gas fireplace, vents, air ducts, major appliances, water temperature, etc, etc). Dave did a thorough inspection and provided a comprehensive report.
The report (sent via email) was very well documented with pictures, arrows, and explanations of what was going on and recommendations on how to proceed. A follow-up report was sent out the following day. This subsequent report allows you to revisit the items and issues on what was inspected and allows you to communicate on how you want to address the situation: accept as is, repair, replace, monetary. It also provides for a comment you want communicated. This makes for very clear communication and your expectations for the other party.
If we purchase this property, we will keep it for reference for the other details we will probably need in the future like where our water shut off valves are located.
On top of the meticulous service, Dave and his wife Sharon are very nice people. We appreciate them for driving 1.5 hours to inspect our property in Kanab. Thank you so much!

Dave i s hands down the best Home Inspector you can hire anywhere in the St. George area. The first time we had him do an inspection on a home we were purchasing, his thorough and diligent methods saved us from making a HUGE mistake! That first home had several hidden issues that would have been incredibly expensive to fix. Dave's inspection revealed a plethora of issues we were completely unaware of.
We were so impressed we hired him for our next home purchase. Dave came through like a champ once more.
