From the minute I sent an inquiry to Brad and Aladdin Certified RV Inspection till the time I got my report I knew I'd made the right choice. To start with he responded almost immediately to my inquiry. At that point we had narrowed our search down to 2 potential Class A Motorhomes. One we had already looked at and the other was 2 plus hours away. The second coach was at a dealership close to Brad and one he was very familiar with. Like most people I'm always leery of sales people especially those that work on commission. Because Brad knew the dealership and sales people on a first name basis he was able to put us at ease in deciding to visit D.D.R.V. In the end that is the RV we decided to have Brad inspect and subsequently purchased. Once we got the report we were blown away at the detail and clear, concise explanations. As it turns out we were one of the lucky ones and the report revealed only a couple of items that needed to be addressed before delivery. Knowing that shortly we'll be happily heading down the road in a very sound rig is worth every single penny the inspection and report cost. The last thing I can say is that Brad and his wife are simply really nice people too! If you are thinking of purchasing a new or used RV paying for an inspection will be the best thing you could do.

Brad provided me with the most thorough report I have ever seen of any kind. He was efficient and very professional. I believe that as a result of Brad's inspection and report, I know the strengths and weaknesses of the rig better than if I had done the inspection myself. I feel completely comfortable in pursuing an out of state purchase because of his inspection and report. If I ever buy another rig, used or new, I would want Brad to inspect it.

I recently purchased a 2016 Newmar Bay Star Sport 2702 this afternoon. It was a very different outcome than what it would have without Brad as our inspector. Living in Alaska and buying a RV in California was ripe with potential problems. The expertise Brad brought prevented me from making a purchase with two major issues and a full page of small ones, many of which would have gone unnoticed! As it turns out all of these issues will be replaced or fixed prior to me taking possession of my new coach. Not only will I drive away with confidence to travel the Alaskan Highway but my RV will have lots of little upgrades and new parts. Both the seller and I were impressed with Brad's knowledge, dedication and commitment to excellence. The report was quickly compiled and made it easier to come to an agreeable deal with the sellers. I don’t know when I have felt better about spending $900!

I am very happy with the inspection of our new 5th wheel coach. Brad, and his wife, made arrangements with the dealership to perform the inspection. I did not have to do anything. The report, which was extremely comprehensive, was completed the following day. Photos of almost every aspect of the inspection was included in the report. The report identified a few items that needed to be addressed and repaired. Brad notified the dealership that day and it was remedied within two days when I took delivery without me having to contact the dealership. The cost was more than I originally expected. However, I now have a confidence that after spending as much money on the coach as were, we were not going to end up in the repair shop for "warranty repairs" right away ( my experience has been that dealerships rush delivery so that you're forced to bring coach back for warranty repairs that they were aware of at the time of sale).
Brad's wife, Elaine, was so kind and helpful with coordinating the process as well. It really seems that these folks love the service they perform for customers; are up front about what is included and what the cost is; are reachable and responsive to questions; and all around good people. If I buy another coach, I will definitely be calling them again.
