Brian was great! He communicated with me well prior to the inspection appointment and was very clear with what to expect from his inspection. He walked me through the house to discuss his findings which were very thorough and even sent me helpful tips for steps to take after the inspection. His report arrived promptly and it was very detailed and included all the necessary pictures I'd need in order to follow up on certain items properly. His rates are also very reasonable. Brian is a true professional. I don't think he stopped for a moment the entire time he was at the house. I'm confident based on the report I received that no stone was left un-turned. I was there when Brian finished his inspection and he did a walk-through with me of the major items he found. At first, since it is a brand new home and covered under the builder's warranty, I did not think I was going to have an inspection done, but I am so glad we did. He found things that I would never have discovered and his extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction, electrical, and HVAC will help us to correct things that could over time turn out to be serious issues. I highly recommend Brian for any home inspection - he would be my only consideration.
