Not only did Scott thoroughly inspect my new home but he walked me through and suggested things that I should be able to do myself. This is my second home inspection on a home I intend to buy. My first inspector (Tiger Homes)for another property was a disaster. The inspector was not friendly and did not walk me around the property or explain items of concern. A friend of my recommended Paul Cornell & Associates, they are the best. Was he not telling the truth. Scott was the phenomenal. He began his inspection from the outside and when he was done. I almost began to cry. He was very attentive and noticed my facial impression and inquired if I wanted to proceed with the inspection. We proceeded with inspection, he started poking, probing, and digging at every crack and crevice. And clearly voiced his opinion about anything that was a problem or a concern. I can go on all day about my home inspectation experience with Scott. I highly recommend Scott Molander for a home inspectation you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend using their service. I've used this inspector twice, the first time in 2000 and again in March 2010. The inspectors are professional, punctual, extremely knowledgeable and the report is exceptionally clear and easy to understand. I did purchase the home in 2000 but the one I've most recently had inspected has far too many items which need replacement or repair. All of which I may not have been aware of had I selected another company. I will continue the search and will be contacting Paul Cornell and Associates for the inspection of my next prospective home in the near future.
