We met with Derwin to get an inspection for our first home purchase and he couldn't have done a better job. Derwin arrived at the property be for our scheduled time and we went over every inch of the house. He made sure we understood the current status of all aspects of the house and what maintenance we'd have to do down the line. As first time home buyers, the fact that he took so much time to explain absolutely everything to us was extremely reassuring and helpful. Even better, the report he generated has all the maintenance and suggested repairs we talked about with detailed notes on each feature (with pictures and annotations!). I can now use that report to prioritize a to-do list for the house. In addition to finding some issues, he advised us on how to fix them. Highly recommend and will definitely use Derwin again if we ever need another inspection.
