I was extremely pleased with the service that my husband and I received from Cardinal Home Inspections and Chris Aldrin. He was very particular about checking every aspect of the home we are buying. During the inspection, he answered our questions. When Chris was done with the inspection, he met with us to go over the highlights of what he thought we should be aware of. I appreciated that he was neutral with the inspection, he stuck to the facts. The pictures he took with explanations of issues and areas of concern are very helpful. I like that he put repairs into two groups. I have a punch list of things that I can take care of but are not critical to the operations of the home. The more critical issues were shared with my realtor and the seller. A couple of things the seller was not aware of so the pictures and explanations were perfect!
