Carl was very thorough in his inspection and made sure that I fully understood the issues with the property. He made sure that I saw everything he saw and gave recommendations on how to fix the issues. Thankfully nothing was of great concern so his suggestions were mostly typical upkeep of the house. Carl did a wonderful job of inspecting homes for us on multiple occasions. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. His inspections uncovered serious issues with two homes that led to us to walk away from the purchases. The issues Carl discovered would have cost us thousands of dollars in repairs if he had not found them. When Carl's report came back relatively clean on a third home we were comfortable purchasing the home. We also hired Carl to do a pre-lisitng inspection on our home before putting it on the market.
