I was impressed with Jason right from the start. We were on a serious time crunch to get both of our homes inspected. Instead of saying he was sorry and couldn't get us in due to him being back up for 3 weeks. He decided to work over time and squeeze us in.
I could not believe how thorough he was on the inspections. Not only that but he also took the time to educate my wife and I on maintenance.

I used them for the second time in 30 days, so I got to know Jason the inspector pretty well. He is very thorough and great at explaining things. I used their service twice because the first house had some structural and property line issues (thanks to them!) and we couldn't be happier about backing out of that deal. My wife and I are super happy with the second house he inspected on and it looks like this is gonna be our forever house! He charges very fairly and spent hours on each property. I've done multiple real estate transactions in my life and I just wish I knew them sooner. All other inspectors I had before this company were very brief and they spent an hour max (sometimes not even that). WOW, WOW, WOW- Jason and Champion Inspect will blow you away! This was my first home inspection as a new buyer and I was astounded at the service provided. Unfortunately, I am limited to giving Jason Heitz and Champion Inspect a maximum of 10 stars for this review. Jason?s professionalism, knowledge, and communication exceed ?10 Star? service.
My wife and I had the honor of Jason inspecting our brand new home on the day of our Final Walk-Through with our builder.
Jason walked us through every room of the house and informed us of every noted discrepancy and even praised the builder?s quality and techniques/methods he discovered were used throughout our home. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and provided several homeowner?s maintenance tips (e.g. desired water pressure vs. actual water pressure and how to correct it, identified and labeled shutoff valves, etc.).
Later that day we had received an incredibly detailed report covering every square inch of our home. It was filled with pictures, thermal images, and clear comments/concerns.
Jason?s thorough inspection revealed sections of our roof were not installed to code on our brand new home! His detailed report is being used to back our request for repair/replacement as necessary.
