Nothing but great service at a reasonable price ! Craig has inspected my last 3 home purchases in 2021 and has been nothing but a great asset to my portfolio. He is quick to respond and easy to get an inspection set up and completed quickly. The reports are detailed with excellent photos and recommendations on what issues need to be addressed and why. He is willing to walk through the report step by step and explain issues and proper repairs needed. On our last home purchase, we found an issue with an appliance operating intermittently after we closed on the house. I called Craig back and asked what should we do and how do we handle the issue. Craig wasted no time in setting up a repair service to be at the house to get it taken care of. Long story short, the appliance has been fixed and Craig communicated with me everyday on the status and what he was doing to ensure its completion. Saying he went above and beyond is an understatement. I don't see myself using anyone else for a home inspection.

Cindi and Craig both did a wonderful job and delivered on everything that was expected and promised. From setting up the appointment (received a call within the hour of me reaching out), to coordinating the radon test (arrived right on time and explained exactly what was to be done / how much space the unti would take up), through the final report results; everything was prompt and professional. Not only was Craig working diligently the old fashioned way, but he also deploys state of the art technology to see what the human eye can't (see inside your walls). We had all three of our reports (radon, termite & general home) within 24 hours. So nice not to have to sit and wonder about all the possible "what if's"! While we didn't anticipate any issues with our pending new purchase, it is nice to get that reassurance from professionals. Craig works for YOU as the buyer! No question we'd recommend them to all of our friends and family and in fact, we plan to use thier services for a pre-sale inspection, too. Do you want an inspection that finds the wrong stuff and tells you things you don't care about in a new house..DON'T call Craig Grossman! But if you want an inspection that is so thorough you feel as if Sherlock Holmes used some sort of magic alien brain to find Jimmy Hoffa under your new bungalow dream home...CRAIG GROSSMAN IS YOUR GUY!!! Seriously, when we first came across this guy at our perspective home, half of him was knee deep in the HVAC system and the other half was in the attic. He was everywhere taking this house apart (not literally). His attention to detail rivals that of google maps and his knowledge of local and state laws for housing requirements is amazing...thought I was listening to an walking legal dictionary. Last thing I gotta say about this guy..the report. HOLY COW! It was 38 pages on a single floor house. Every question was answered. Every concerned addressed. That report armed us with valuable information. I felt very confident with Craig's report because he was so thorough. So, if you need an inspection done...call 937-367-8665 and prepare to be dazzled with professionalism.
