Before Randy even started his inspection, he broke everything down and explained what and how he was going to do things. As he was doing his inspection he answered any questions I had and took the time to explain so I would understand. After he completed a very thorough inspection he reviewed everything and took me through the pictures so I could see the things he was talking about. Randy spent an hour and a half inspecting the home I'm purchasing. He is extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection.
