I was hesitant to have a home inspector as we have had a prior negative experience. This time I went to the ASHI and SCAHI sites to pick someone more qualified. I am grateful that I ran across Mr. DuBose for a last minute inspection. Even though he is over 60 miles from my home, he was willing to inspect a home that we are going to purchase. I will be referring him to anyone that I know in South Carolina who needs a home inspection. He was punctual, very professional, thorough, and pointed out a very important fire code oversight in the 3 yr. old garage. He answered all of the questions that I had before coming to the home and then took the time to explain things that I was still uncertain with after the inspection was over. I completely trust that Mr. DuBose will make an honest assessment of any home's condition and I would highly recommend him. He even wore shoe covers/booties throughout the home.
