I have known Dennis Kruger for a long time. He is a man of integrity and very professional. When he began my the inspection I was impressed how he gave me suggestions about how to better maintain appliances and the house in general. I did not have to take notes because his inspection summary at the end included them. His use of a computer program made his inspection very organized and easy to understand. I know he is very busy - a sign that he does quality work. This is the second time he has done an inspection for me. He has a device that by aiming at the ceiling he was able to tell me that the insulation was weak around the ceiling installed air conditioner. Sure enough, when I went into the attic the insulation was not put back to its original place. He knows how to correct, maintain, and fix any problems or possible future problems. You can trust that Dennis is the best.

Dennis was great! He came recommended to us. We would also highly recommend him to do your home inspection. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, quick to come out and responded very fast to all of our inquiries. His inspection report was very detailed, included a ton of photos and even had 360 degree view photos! Additionally, he did our Radon testing and included that attachment/result in our inspection report. The report was available the same day online, which was super helpful and very educational. If you are able to be present for the inspection, that is best. We couldn't so our realtor was present for it. Dennis was also fantastic with communicating with our realtor to coordinate things to get this inspection done.

This guy is excellent. Dennis will tell you all the little things you need to do, give you pointers on improvements (even part numbers!), actively seeks out new info from pros, is up to date with his knowledge of code and regulations, and has all the necessary tools to show you what you need to know.
