I found Don to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. Don arrived a few minutes before we did and had already made some key observations. He was very patient with my questions and allowed some questions outside the inspection focus. Don is extremely efficient in that items included in the report I did not notice he had looked at. Don was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and answered our questions completely and entirely. We are purchasing a house from 1847 and he checked every nook and cranny, every outlet, window, crawled in the crawlspaces, and so much more.
