The inspection was complete and gave me a good view of of the house we were buying. I have a working document and opinion to work with to improve the property that I may have overlooked. This is a good thing. I used report to off set the cost of repairs back to the sellers estate to no avail. The inspector did good job and provided a fair assessment of the property.

I had a great time on the inspection with Daniel. I'm the guy that all my family and friends call when they have maintenance / repair "issues" so I'm no slouch but, it was really good to have Daniel's second set of eyes. Not to mention that he has "all" the tools & toys necessary for a thorough inspection. We did the inspection on a Thursday and he had the completed report to me SUNDAY Morning ! Yes...
