Mr. Wolf was top quality. Very detailed in every aspect of the inspection. He explained his findings and why they were important. I am a first-time home buyer, and like so many others before me. I was extremely nervous about everything that needed to be done. I had a really good realtor who hit the floor running with ideas and, of course, had a great home inspector in mind. Someone, that gets the job done and takes pride in his work. Mr. Wolf starts with great communication with his clients through text messages and email. After the inspection is completed you can expect the report to be filled with great information regarding his findings and the issues in your home that need to be addressed. I was even more blown away by Mr. Wolf including a video to show something that was very important to address with the buyer. I have become a big fan of Mr. Wolf, and in my opinion, deserves 20 stars for a good job well done! I will certainly keep him in mind for my future.
