Very thorough inspection under the circumstances. The house was supposedly winterized by seller but was not done correctly. The pipes have still not been inspected but scheduled 01/15/14 after closing. The pipes were frozen and have thawed with heat running. City inspection for water was good to go as of today and no leaks we could see.
We are overall satisfied with your findings. Everything was explained to us in lamens terms. What we needed to do and precise with repair cost. We would gladly call you first to do our future inspection. Thank you for your time and helping us understand our home.
