Excellent service. We bought a newer home where there really wasn't much to critique, but instead of taking that as an opportunity for a quick "in and out", Chuck spent time giving us tips on maintenance, informing us on best practices to take care of our new home. On the day of the inspection, we had just got some snow, so there wasn't a clear view of the roof. Chuck came back a few days later to take a better look at it (once the snow had melted) as well as getting into the attic, which he couldn't get into during the inspection day. Thank you Chuck for wonderful service!
