IMMENSELY VALUABLE inspection done by Lissa and John. We researched this Class A make and model ahead of time and saw clearly that it had a great reputation so we were hoping this specific used coach was kept well enough for us to buy. The thoroughness of this inspection gave us all the assurance we needed. The major concerns are addressed right away in the report so we understood what the impact would be right away and we are closing in on solutions for those as I write this. Minor issues are listed next and ALL of those truly were minor and have been resolved since we bought it! I am grateful for John and Lissa's integrity to stick with their training on testing the details of these systems. Lissa was easy to reach via phone call and my biggest regret was that the sales team didn't let them load/unload so the the extra work was saddening considering all they accomplish on the day of the inspection. Lissa and John did a great job inspecting my RV. They started early and worked all day checking everything inside and out, the roof, and even underneath. They provided a detail report with pictures and a rating for each item checked. They even made videos of the moving parts such as the slides going in and out. Lissa was great to talk to when I called to schedule the inspection and she even followed up with a call a few days after to see if we had any questions about the report. I highly recommend them to do your RV inspection.

LIssa and John really care about their work and it's obvious after spending a few hours with them that I made the right choice in an RV inspector. Buying a used RV is a huge deal because of the money involved and the complexity of the systems that need to be checked out. Make a mistake and you will regret it dearly.
