We bought a house back in 2011 and used another inspector and we ended up with basically a 3 or 4 page report. With our new house, Ben issued a 69 page report, in depth, with recommendations and future considerations as well as pictures so you could recall what was being referred to. In addition he was more than happy to walk all over the house and give suggestions or advice.
