Wow! I've hired a lot of home inspectors and Adam is the one who stands out. The only one I'll use in the future! Adam was extremely professional. He was very detail oriented and explained every issue to me in a way that I could understand. He stopped and took the time to explain the meaning of every problem. He gave helpful suggestions on which issues I should hire a contractor and which issues required an engineer's expertise. He followed up that evening with a detailed report with pictures not only showing pictures of problems, but also included pictures of the correct example so I know what it should look like. As a first time home buyer, it is difficult to understand some of the terms of the inspection, but Adam made it and explained it in such a manner that I could realize the importance of the issues. Adam was great to work with as well. The team they have created between John and Adam is solid and really effective. While one of them is taking care of some piece the other one is taking care of another portion of the process which saves a lot of time, but the good thing is that at the end they double check each other work and share comments and validates perspectives so at the end of the day you receive the result already validated by two strong experts on the field.
