The best Inspector I have had in my home buying experience. Cameron is the epitome of what a professional should be; honest, helpful, diligent, and takes delight in his work. His passion for what he does is evident, as he took the time (and then some) to explain all the callouts about the home. He didn't skip steps, or rush and treated the work like he was buying the place for himself. My wife and I could not have asked for a better Inspector. On top of that, their report (and report generating software) they provide you is tops, his photos are high resolution. Lastly he took the time after the inspection to return my call to further answer some questions and provide guidance on my concerns. You cannot ask for a better experience.

I?ve been associated with the construction industry for 43 yrs. so I?ve seen up close how a residential home is built from the ground up. Folks, this inspector not only hit the visibly obvious points of interest but journeyed to areas where I was mostly concerned with. Those hidden areas that most of us never see during our entire ownership of the house; where ?critters? dwell, insects set up colonies, and water damage can cause havoc encouraging mold. The accompanying photos where clear and detailed with comments explaining present and potential future concerns. Like I commented when sending in my check for the billing: I felt like I was there; in the crawl space, amongst the attic rafters, and on the roof. I would recommend Teri with Elite Inspection to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Very meticulous, which says loud and clear to me, that he and Elite take pride in their work and care about their customers.
