The recommendations were very helpful in terms of when something should be repaired or replaced, and comparing the average life of the appliances with how old the items in the house were will be very helpful in budgeting for replacements. With your background in building science on indoor air quality you were able to generate a report for our loan officer. You went above and beyond your scope of work in order to have our house close accordingly. This service is exceptional and I am very fortunate I found you on the website. I also did appreciate the recall on the appliances and we did find that there was one potential recall on the dishwasher. thank you enough for generating a report the value of $300.00 at no cost or charge in a timely manner for my loan officer even after the inspection was completed. This was an act of kindness and consideration of our process. I think that there are few inspectors who would do this and because your customer service is exceptional I would like to thank you for that. You also provided advice that was above and beyond! This showed his commitment to giving us accurate information about the home. Prior to this inspection I never thought that anyone can be perfect for a home inspection. We were looking for honest and trustworthy information. Nothing we would regret thereafter.
