We picked JLC because of all the 5 star reviews they had on Google (and their price was good, too). The reviews didn't lie. Definitely choose them. We had a home inspection with Jason on Thursday, June 18, 2020. All our questions were answered via email very quickly and our inspection was quickly scheduled. Jason was thorough in the inspection and checked the property from top to bottom, which is what you definitely want! We learned a lot about the house that we are under contract for. As promised the report was sent within 24 hours of the inspection and was extremely detailed with photos and descriptions. The program Jason uses, HomeGauge, is very user friendly and allowed me to quickly send the report to my attorney and agent and allows us to create a list of things we'd like the seller's to repair or replace prior to closing. Jason and JLC come highly recommended and we'll definitely use them again.

Mike was our inspector for our first home buying experience. We could not have asked for a better one. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very personable. He arrived earlier than we did. He pointed out concerns here and there and thoroughly explained them to us. His report was timely, well organized, and easy to understand as well. For radon testing, he took it upon himself to schedule pickup of the test with the listing agent, so it was one less thing for us to handle. His contracting company for the pest and insect inspection ?Above All? was a positive choice as well. They were friendly and down to earth and didn?t push to use their company for any treatments- although fairly priced. We would highly recommend hiring JLC to complete your home inspection to put you at ease for one of the biggest purchases in your life!
