I found Jerry on a local Facebook page. He answered my call promptly and professionally. I scheduled an appointment after discussed costs and terms for the inspection. On the day of the inspection he called me to inform me he was running late and would be an hour late. When he showed up we talked a little about how the inspection would work and if I had any concerns about the house itself. He pointed things out as he went and took pictures and notes. At the end of the inspection we talked about major and minor issues and also safety issues. A few days after the inspection I got an email to the inspection report which could be downloaded in PDF form and also a link to make a repair request to the builder with pictures and notes attached.
Overall the experience was great and I'm very happy with the results. I have already recommended Jerry to another Facebook request for an inspector. I will keep the contact infor and use him in any future inspections I need.
