Julious was on time and was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to assist me in finding a handful of things that were wrong with my New Build. I suggest everyone get a home inspection even with a New Build as there are a lot of things that are wrong and if you don't know what to look for you'll regret not getting a home inspection. Julious was top notch and I would recommend him to every one I know. A+++++ service.

Outstanding! Mr. Lindsay spent a lengthy time on the phone with me explaining how he performs inspections before I even hired him. And I hired him based on how knowledgeable he was over the phone. He arrived on time, and did the job exactly as he said he would. We are first-time homebuyers and he was sensitive to that, taking extra care to make sure we understood everything.
