Kelly was wonderful to work with -- best money we spent as part of buying our house! We put an offer on a new construction with an inspection contingency, and our real estate agent suggested we work with Kelly. We were remote so couldn't be present in-person, so we were a little nervous, but we were delighted with the service Kelly and his team provided! He completed a really thorough inspection (with us on facetime), developed a comprehensive punch list for the builder/seller, and was responsive to our questions as we negotiated about the punchlist. He did a final walkthrough, as well, where he pressed on the builder to complete the full list on our behalf. He even recommended books for us as first-time homeowners, which we are excited to check out. He was fun and easy to work with, and we felt so much more comfortable with the whole buying process knowing he was helping us through it. I would highly recommend Kelly for any home buyers!

There is so much to say, so I'll try to be short. The inspection was the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced. Wow! I knew Kelly was good because he inspected 2 homes for my nephew. My brother-in-law, who is very experienced, attended those inspections and was impressed. Kelly spent about 4 hours with us in a 1545sf home and I was truly amazed. He is an outstanding educator, explaining with great clarity to me what he was finding, why it was important, and what the remedy might be. I learned so much about my future home during his inspection. The house was well maintained and very pretty. But under that attractive veneer were some real issues. Easy to see was that the roof needed to be replaced urgently. Not so easy to see was that during a carport-to-garage upgrade, the ceiling was not changed from plywood to a 2-hour burn material. Additionally, no firewall was added to the attic, which means that if a fire were to begin in the garage, it would very quickly expand over the whole house. The list goes on. He always kept me in real-ville, meaning that he let me know about probabilities so I wouldn't get lost in remote what-ifs. I highly recommend Kelly. And, he is delightful in addition to being super knowledgable.

Kelly Davis is incredible. Not only did he take the time to do a thorough home inspection while explaining every step in the process, he returned to my home when I was worried he'd missed something. At no cost, he took the time to revisit a part of the house to reassure me. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and able to answer any question you might have. Most importantly, he'll not only tell you if there's an issue, he'll give you some insight about what your options might be to address it, whether it's calling a licensed electrician, or a DIY repair. Kelly is an excellent inspector! We asked him to conduct pre- and post-offer inspections for our new home. He was very detailed with both inspections. Kelly meticulously worked over every space of the home and documented each issue. He spent extra time and effort explaining the various issues and how to address each one. He gave us a great set of recommendations on what problems to address first and what problems could be addressed at a later time. We received the full report and summary that same day too! He treated the inspection as if he himself was buying the home. We couldn't have asked for a more thorough home inspector!
