Qualifications are as follows: CAHPI Registered Home Inspector, Certified home inspector with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), Certified Master Inspector® and Certified Level 1 Thermographer® (an internationally-recognized designation for residential IR Professionals). We are fully trained & have passed InterNACHI’s rigorous annual examinations/continuing education requirements. We are also bound by a Code of Ethics that requires fairness and impartiality.

Magnified Home Inspections Ltd, will go above and beyond the duties of a typical home inspection company. We are committed to providing a premium home inspection service in Toronto & all of the GTA. We encourages home buyers to attend the inspection and will walk them through the process, answering any questions they might have and explaining what our investigation turns up along the way.  We will review the inspection report with you at the end of the inspection and email you the home inspection report with in 24 hours. Our home inspection report is comprehensive, easy-to-comprehend, and contains pictures to help you understand various comments. I called several home inspector and talk to them, but when I spoke to Joe, I immediately knew Joe knew what he was talking about, his knowledge and extensive background assured me that he was the right inspector. On the day of inspection, we had a major ice storm, but that did not stop Joe from showing up because he knew I had limited time for my home inspection clause. At the end of his inspection, he sat me down and went through all his findings and gave me sound advice based on his inspection. I had asked Joe to help inspect my new home. He was very patient during the entire 4 hour inspection explaining intricacies and operations of the house to me. The inspection was thorough and surpassed my expectations. He was able to detect and confirm moisture within the wall that showed no signs from the outside and also help me identify pest problems.
