I've been using Brandon for my inspections for years now. He takes the time to educate the buyer or seller so that when they get the report they will understand everything. It's so important to have your house inspected before you put it on the market because then the seller can repair or replace what is important to the seller.

He is very thorough and detailed, and he explains whatever I don't understand during the inspection. Every finding is supported with pictures which made his report credible and most fair.
I just wished he would be able to say upfront as a suggestion whether the house is worth buying or not. I understand though that it could be against the law in his field, but I really wish.
