For 14 years I had my own company for flipping houses, UsedToNew4U. Many of the foreclosed homes were in desperate need of attention and after my company finished I was the one who always dealt with the home inspectors to insure the buyers confidence of their purchase. Knowing how a client likes to be addressed/spoken to, along with my 14 years of interaction, schooling and training has given me the strong desire and ability to do a great job for our clients and realtors/brokers.
