The process was simple and educating as he provided answers and solutions for any concerns I raised about the house. The only error that I found in the wrong in the report was the architect type of the house. The house is a Tudor style and not a Cape Cod. Overall, I felt that it was worth my time and money.

There was an instance of the outlets in the kitchen not working, Richard was dilligent in his search to find the GFI reset for the kitchen outlets.
