What can I say that others haven't? I just have to mirror many other reviews about my experience with Wayne, which was exceptional. One of my concerns as a new homeowner was not being able to identify everything that needed to be reported at my 11-month inspection, and knowing that I had contacted the right person for the job. After my experience with Wayne, I wished I had him on my first home inspection. Everything was excellent, from our appointment set-up phone call, to the inspection, his clear explanation of the process, and his post-inspection steps. He conducted a meticulous inspection of my house. He took numerous photographs, discussed his findings with me as they came up, listened to my observations, and answered all my questions. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He shared excellent information with me. He went above and beyond when he helped me confirm that the irrigation system was set up correctly and that my garage door was paired with my device. Who does that!? And on top of that, his fees are reasonable and affordable. He arrived on time for his appointment at 9:00 AM, he completed the visit at 11:30 AM, and I had a complete report in my inbox by 12:45 PM. The report was thorough and easy to read. I couldn’t have asked for a better home inspector. All around exceptional experience. Everything from his website, our first call, meeting in person, thoroughly explaining the inspection report, and his post inspection process was top notch. He?s a busy guy but made it seem like I was his only client. I work in the real estate industry personally and I?ve never seen this level of customer service or responsiveness from a home inspector. He completed the physical inspection around 6pm and I had the completed reports in my inbox by 7:30pm. That?s top-notch customer service especially since I called to schedule the inspection the same morning and it was completed on a Friday evening. Lastly, Wayne?s attention to detail cannot be matched. His level of expertise goes back to his time in the U.S. Army as a Chinook Helicopter Crew Chief, in the most elite aviation unit that the U.S. Military has. He was responsible for the care and maintenance of a massive machine that flies in arduous conditions with a lot more on the line than a leaky roof. They have to inspect every square inch of a flying machine that protects our country. There?s no other home inspector in the DFW metroplex who can compete with that kind of experience.
