Fantastic inspector! At one point he accidentally thought I had ordered an oil tank sweep (we had been communicating about it possibly being done, but I hadn’t officially said yes or no) and performed it during the inspection. The bill included the oil tank sweep (which I didn’t notice), but he called me that evening and told me he realized we hadn’t officially agreed on the oil tank sweep and refunded me without even being prompted. He was extremely responsive and communicated with myself and my realtor regularly and issued a very comprehensive report within 48 hours. Highly recommend.
