Phil communicated very well and explained in terms I could understand. He was also very thorough with his inspection.
The only suggestion I have is that with having 3 inspectors there at the same time (which was very convenient for me being from out of state), is to make sure the other inspectors (termite bond inspector) knows to not address things not in his preview. I got a little confused at first with who was who and asked him questions that I should have asked you. You addressed my questions when you went through your findings with me at the end.

Phil and his wife were great! This is our first home purchase and they certainly made this part of the inspection process easy and educational. They were prompt, on time, and very efficient; received a fully detailed inspection report promptly the next day. With his past experience, he was able to walk us through What they were checking, Why they were checking it, Why it was important to inspect, and When/How to inspect it again ourselves down the line to ensure proper maintenance.
