Buying a new house can be intimidating and knowing which things were high priority and needed immediate attention and which things could be repaired over the course of the next year of ownership was so helpful!
He was able to clearly explain everything to us and then did a re-inspection so we were ensured the repairs we asked the sellers to do were done correctly.
