Phil has been involved with residential construction most of his life.
After having home inspections done on his own properties, he realized the need for a higher quality, thorough and informative approach in the industry.

Having done industrial safety training multiple times, I follow a strict safety procedure. Most other home inspectors do not have the construction or saftey training that I have.
