I am an engineer and dealt with home inspectors before but John is a unique inspector he spent two and half hours inspecting the house thoroughly. I am very glad to know him. If I do any construction in my house I would ask him to sign off the work to make sure everything is done the proper way to comply with city code.

John performed a very thorough inspection and provided a very detailed report and photos which included identifying defects (potential fire hazards at the electric panel and leaks from the roof). He also made suggestions for improvements and upgrades for the safety of my family as well as energy saving improvements. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home. John was fantasticly friendly, knowledgeable and professional! His inspection was as thorough as possible, even going above our requests and standards. Our inspection report included pictures and a detailed explination of all of his findings, which were well put together and easy to read. John was well versed in all of the complicated aspects of dealing with mold. He kindly recommended air purifiers and specialized vacuum cleaners that will make the next 10 days a lot easier since we are relocating, we may even be able to save some of our furniture!! I was always able to reach him via phone and his help has been instrumental in saving our health. We cannot say enough about how pleasant our experience with Precise Home Inspection was, we felt we were putting our trust in someone well worth the very reasonable fee he charges- a serious bargain for the services and skill set he provided!
