I really enjoyed working with Ray on my deal. The seller was not forthcoming on timing of when Ray could go for the inspection but he was very flexible to accommodated our uncertainties. When he finally had the chance to get the house inspected, his report was detailed enough and he pointed out even the smallest details so that you as the buyer are aware of what you are getting into and you can determine the overall condition of the house. I ended up not buying this house (saved me from a disaster) and I will be sure to call Ray again when I find the next potential. Thanks again for the great work.
