Bob was already looking at my property before I showed up and I showed up 15 early from the time of inspection. He met me out front and informed me about his experience and skill levels which was extraordinary. I knew from the start that he knew exactly what he was looking for and that gave me a lot of piece of mind. As we walked through the property together he pointed out areas that I would not have known would of been a concern and suggested ways to repair them. Throughout the whole inspection, Bob kept me informed on what he was looking for and I could tell that his attention to detail was exactly what I want for my home inspector. After the home inspection, I received my full report in about 1 day with pictures and written details on certain items that were for my knowledge only and not a repairable item, like noting gas and electric hookups for dryer, locations of smoke detectors and others.
