I would recommend Rick Cooper to anyone needing a home inspection. He actually arrived a little early, which was perfectly fine with me. He removed his shoes before entering the house, as not to track anything in. He was polite, professional and easy to talk to. I had no problem asking him questions because of that. He was very thorough with his inspection, both inside and outside the home. He showed us in person, or by pictures (such as the crawl space) what needed attention, explained why and what needed to be done to fix it. He also charged a very reasonable, fair price.
